How do I order stoles?

There are a couple of options for ordering a stole. You can place your order by adding the item to your cart making sure to fill in all sections such as font choice, verbiage, etc. Once all sections are completed you can proceed to checkout from the cart section. You may also email us by using our contact us form to get assistance with ordering, When placing your order, please include a phone number where you may be reached in case we need to contact you regarding your order details.

Do you accept checks?

We do not accept checks or e-checks.

What credit cards do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express as well as Pay Pal.

Do I have to pay tax on my stole order?

Orders shipped to addresses in California will be charged 8% sales tax. Orders delivered to addresses outside of California will not be charged any tax.

Do you ship C.O.D.?

No, we do not accept cash on delivery.

How soon will I get my order?

Your order is processed within 1 hour from when your payment has been received. Our production team then begins creating your stole. For standard items that do not include logos or crests your order will usually ships in 2 weeks from the time payment has been received.
If you are placing an order with a custom logo or crest you must allow additional time of 2-3 business days for artwork set-up.
The general rule on ground shipping is to allow one additional week for your shipment to arrive in addition to the 2 weeks processing time for production. This means for a ground order from beginning to end you’d receive your item in 3 weeks from the time you placed your order.
If you need it earlier, please choose an expedited method for shipping. We are not a shipping courier and delays do happen. We are not responsible for delays with your package once your items have been shipped.

What if I need my order as soon as possible? Do you offer rush orders?

Yes we can accommodate Rush Orders. Please contact us with your rush order details via our contact us form.

What is the status of my order? Has it shipped yet?

Once you place your order, you will be emailed an order confirmation. Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation with the tracking number included. Please use this tracking number to Track Your package. Please remember that we will have the same tracking information that you retrieve from the shipping couriers site.

What is the difference between Graduation Sashes and Graduation Stoles?

Technically a “sash” is a garment that goes across the body from one shoulder to the opposite hip and is widely used in Beauty Pageants, when it comes to the term graduation sashes vs. graduation stoles, both terms are used interchangeably.
How do I cancel an order?
You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. After that orders cannot be canceled. Please double check your spelling, titles, names, affiliations, class year, and all other pertinent information before finalizing your order. Once your order has been submitted no other changes are allowed.

We are located in Southern California

General shipping Information

All shipments are sent via USPS or FED EX. Signatures are generally required in order to release packages valued at $100.00 or more. If your order is placed with an illegible or incomplete address, this may cause a delay with your order being delivered.

Standard Orders

All orders will be shipped in 2-3 weeks via USPS Priority Mail.

Rush Orders

Rush Orders can be completed within 2-10 business days and then are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

If you need your order in hand within 10 days, we ask that you contact us immediately with order information so we can meet your deadline.

Return Policy

Specially ordered items such as personalized and custom orders cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded unless:

There were errors made by us in relation to the specifications you ordered or

Defective upon delivery.
You must contact us within 48 hours from the time the merchandise was received. The staff of Grad Stole Depot reserves the right to determine the validity of all complaints.

Digitizing fees

Digitizing services start at $35.00. If you would like a logo on your stole, please contact us prior to placing your order.

Rush Order Fees (in addition to shipping fees)

2-4 days Rush fee $25 per stole
